REGROWTH!
Not everything I touch turns to dust. For example, take the bush massacre that occurred in my lawn a few weeks ago. I cut those suckers BACK. And they may still die, but for now they are making a strong bid to live. Here is the photographic evidence:
Those little leaves are a million times prettier than the gnarled mess they used to be.
My impatiens seems to be doing OK. The pink ones are much more successful than the red and purple ones. I don't know why. The dirt was the same in both the front and back of the bed. Plus, they are the same variety of impatien, so I don't know why only the pink ones have a multitude of flowers.
I need to mulch.
Zuzu's fur is slowly coming back. She looks less like a crazed serial killer now, but she maintains her good mood. So, we're all happy.
Yeah, her eyes are rolled back in her head so she looks a little creepy. But trust me when I say this was the best picture. She is SO not photogenic.

Now for some bad news-- My FUCKING District Manager just contacted me this week, and guess when my store's inventory is? That's right-- SMACK DAB IN THE MIDDLE OF DARON-CON!!!!!!!
Is it possible to request the admins to push it forward by one week? I can reward the promotional materials changing-the-date-team with some booze!
