Wow, I see what you mean about Mi Rae's character sucking after that initial introduction now. What a skank! Unfortunately, I see this action prolonging this series for quite a long time--how many episodes are there? This is the kind of thing that causes confusion, fights, almost marriages, and an extreme revelation scene.
