I kind of disliked this story even as a kid because it just reinforced the status quo, like the peasant lady needs to stay in her place. Seriously the punishment did not fit the crime, just going back to her drab commoner life where she has no rights under law, is probably punishment enough. lol yes fairy tales were srs bzns for chibi tai. Anyway that's assuming it IS the goose girl that's from. Since I remember the evil queen in snow white was forced to dance in heated shoes and damn I forgot what happened to cinderalla's step mom. I know in one version the step sisters CUT OFF PARTS OF THEIR FEET to fit into the shoes.
