After I finished MR BRAIN I knew I wanted to start another Kimura Takuya drama. The quetion was: which one will I pick? He's only been in about eleventy-billion. Initially I was going to go with Pride but as I read all the descriptions on d-addicts wiki, another one caught my eye: Sora Kara Furu Ichioku no Hoshi/One Million Stars Falling from the Sky/The Smile Has Left Your Eyes/WHY CAN'T THINGS JUST HAVE ONE NAME. Don't get me started on the new YEH drama, I don't even know what to call it. I'm going to call this A Million Stars.
Anyway, Kimura plays a chef's assistant who is kind of a shady guy. The drama opens with the death of a college student. A murder masked as a suicide. Then they cut to Kimura in a kitchen some where and take a good long time revealing his face. Suspense building? I think so.

He's looks like such a baby! Also, Yamapi reminds me SO much of Kimutaku. It's mainly the mouth. Their lips and the way they purse them and work their jaw is so similar. That's beside the point. Back to the story.
Anyway, Ryo, the character he plays doesn't say much but he does hold a certain sway over individuals of the female variety.
I guess it's that whole bad boy chef thing? And that STUPID HAT. Why is he an 18th century street urchin?
I don't know. What I DO know, is I need to watch more older dramas. Seriously, check this action out:
I KNOW RIGHT?!
Miwa finds out that Ryo was just conning her, so she's a little upset.
He's all, don't worry baby the game is over.
And apparently ONE con wasn't enough to sour her on the relationship.
You don't fool me, pretty boy! I see menace in those big brown eyes.
What you don't see capped here is that Ryo repairs Miwa's beaded bracelet to the EXACT order that it was originally.
Meanwhile, the detective investigating the case (Miwa's friend Yuko's older brother) finds that the movie shelf in the victim's room, that probably got knocked over the the struggle, wa placed back in the EXACT order it was before the crime took place. The entire apartment was tidied up so it would look like a suicide
