rosdriseI had an eye exam this morning that was at least 45 minutes longer than it should have been. Since those 45 minutes were me sitting in the exam room with my dilated pupils waiting for my doctor. She had to schedule surgery for someone, which I understand, but let me know. I couldn't even read anything because once those drops start working looking at anything close-up is a bitch.
Finally, I'm getting my short range vision back. This is important as my job is 90% staring at a computer screen. My pupils are still HUGE and give me a kind of cracked-out look that I enjoy whenever I see myself in the mirror.
Counting down the minutes until the end of the day. This week has been bo-ring and I am anxious for it to end.
So, I've been watching Flashforward as you may be aware. I decided this week that I'd go ahead and watch Community during the first half, because I've missed watching it and nothing ever happens during the first half of Flashforward anyway. Nothing really happens during the second half of it either, but that's another issue.
It's been bothering me for week's, ever since we saw this one doctor's flashforward. He sees a Japanese woman in his vision and I thought she looked just like Takeuchi Yuko (Aki from Pride), but kept telling myself I had to be wrong. But this week we were finally introduced to her beyond a few seconds of face time and it's totally her!. I was very excited.
