EXCUSE ME WHILE I FLIP OUT
I... I just can't even express how excited I am about this. It's probably selfish, but I'm glad he is returning to television. Mostly because it means more hours of his face on my computer screen. SO HAPPY.
In other casting news, they announced the two main actors for the Kimi ni Todoke live action film and they are Tabe Mikako and Miura Haruma. I've only seen Miura in Koizora but I think he'll do fine as Kazehaya. It's not really that challenging if he can manage to be marginally charming. Kazehaya = Super nice adorable guy. Plus, he certainly looks the part.
I'm about 95% on and Tabe Mikako as Sawako. I think she can totally do the oddball thing given her role in Shikaotoko Aoniyoshi but the only other thing I've seen her in was Yamada Taro Monogatari. Hopefully she'll be able to capture the sweetness of Sawako.
I should probably finish the anime since it's done airing I believe...
